Add items to the Resource Library?

The TestGen Resource Library
The TestGen Resource Library is currently a read-only feature that provides another way to insert new question templates and blank answer choices to testbanks and tests or add blank note templates to tests.
If you're interested in saving questions that you've written and want to reuse on other tests, you might try:
* Add a new chapter to an existing testbank or create your own new testbank to hold the questions you authored.
* Copy the questions you authored to a new paper test that you can re-open later to copy selected questions to other tests.
