Testgen export to QTI for canvas

Whenever I export as a zip QTI file and upload to canvas I experience an issue with images not transferring over. I am using the new TestGen on Catalina and this is the first Time I have experienced this issue.

TestGen 7.7.1 for Mac has been released and has some bugfixes related to exports, including missing images in Canvas/QTI. It should be available from your textbook's publisher.

Hello Mark,

I have checked both McGraw and Pearson and they have not been updated since 10/31/2019 and still have not fixed the issues.

When exporting to a QTI on a Mac it does not export any of the graphics. This is still an issue and neither Pearson nor McGraw have an updated version of testgen.

TestGen 7.7.1 for Mac should be available from publishers. If you're running that version and still having problems, please contact us through the contact form (select the "Support Request" category).
