blackboard collaborate

will the testgen export work with blackboard collaborate?

My understanding is Blackboard collaborate is essentially a whiteboard communication tool offered through the Blackboard CMS, and unrelated to TestGen imported content. That is, TestGen export to the Blackboard format is unaffected by the Blackboard collaborate tool.
