How to create a bulleted list

There is not a dedicated bulleted list in TestGen.
One way you could get that effect would be to create a two column table with a narrow left column and a wider right column for the textual information. Use Insert>Table>Insert to create your table and then Insert>Table>Modify to make adjustment to things like column width, borders, and justification.
You can find dots in the first and fourth symbol palettes for the left column.
