TestGen Plug-in will not install

I have downloaded the plugin from the pearsons website link in my course when i try to install it does not compleate. It is trying to install in a drive that does not exist on my computer. below is the error mesage i get.
Setup cannot write to destination file 'E:new folder/Plugins/nptgeqpliplugin.dll.'
again this drive does not exist on my computer.

(1) What computer OS are your installing the plugin on? (EG: Windows 7)
(2) Do you have any USB thumb drives or CDROM's loaded at the time of install?
