TestGen not Grading Exams

3 students have taken the exam and between 5 and 10 questions out of 30 were not graded as right or wrong but rather show an orange exclamation point (!). Please help before more students take the test!

I'll need more information in order to figure out what's going wrong here. In particular, how is the test being administered (using the TestGen Plug-In, or by exporting to a CMS's native format?) and what sorts of questions are showing the exclamation point (eg. essay, short-answer, multiple-choice?).

Thx for getting back to me. The test is all multiple choice and is being administered in Blackboard.

I suspect the cause is questions in the original TestGen exam that aren't being correctly exported to Blackboard. Could you contact us through the contact form so I can arrange to get a copy of the exam to look at?
