printing

Recently I have encountered a problem where I cannot print answer sheet.

Any suggestion?

Assuming you are using 7.5.2 or later, the ability to show and print the answer key is in the "Test Options" dialog:

  1. Open your test.
  2. Go to "Tools->Preferences->Test Options"
  3. Go to the "Key" Tab.
  4. Check the "Show answer key" option and choose what to show on the key.
  5. Click "OK" to save.
  6. The key will now appear at the end of the test (scroll to the bottom to verify)
  7. Print your test.

I have done what you suggested (duplicated below) and the answer key is NOT appearing OR printing on my test. I am using TestGen 7.6.3. I tried it on both a Mac AND on a PC.

Open your test.
Go to "Tools->Preferences->Test Options"
Go to the "Key" Tab.
Check the "Show answer key" option and choose what to show on the key.
Click "OK" to save.
The key will now appear at the end of the test (scroll to the bottom to verify)
Print your test.

Hello Shauna,

Two questions:

  1. Is the test flagged as a paper test in TestGen?
  2. Did you create the test or was the test prepared by the publisher?
