Screen drawing issues (missing toolbar) in Windows 7

Hello -

I'm an IT guy for a school and I'm having some issues with a TestGen Windows 7 install. It only happens on one computer.

The issue is that the toolbar and buttons on dialog boxes are missing. If I click and drag the main TestGen window around the screen, the area where the toolbar should be shows a trail of whatever is behind it. Hard to describe but we've all probably seen a similar effect at least once.

I did a complete uninstall, deleted all traces of files related to TestGen 7.4, rebooted, reinstalled, did the upgrade through the software to 7.4.5 and I still get the same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TestGen 7.4.5 has not been tested on, and probably not 100% compatible with Windows 7. You need to upgrade to the latest version, TG 7.6.4. You can contact the publishing company associated with the textbook/TestGen you are running, or contact Tamarack support via our contact form to request the upgrade.
