Help Importing QTI file from testgen to desire2learn LMS

Hi there,
I am trying to export some questions from TestGen software. I have exported the test as a QTI file and it appears as a .zip file. But when I import it into desire2Learn's LMS it says that there are no questions are sections in the zip file.
Can you offer any help?

Starting with version 7.6,
Starting with version 7.6, TestGen has had the ability to export directly to the Desire2Learn format. Using this should bypass any compatibility issues with QTI exports or imports.
