unable to update test gen for Mac

running 10.14.6 and unable to update the version 7.
There is a red box when opening testgen that says unable to update with the following error message

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, you haven't provided enough information for me to assist you. The screenshot you linked to is only visible on your computer; you'll need to post it online somewhere if you want other people to be able to see it.

I am also have an issue using
I am also have an issue using TestGen with the new Mac operating system. I get a message that says that the software is not support and then if I download a different version it tells me that the file is incomplete. Please help.

TestGen versions 7.6.5 and
TestGen versions 7.6.5 and earlier are not compatible with MacOS 10.15 "Catalina". We expect to release a new, compatible version to publishers by the end of the month.

TestGen 7.7 for macOS was
TestGen 7.7 for macOS was released on October 31. It should be available for download from your textbook publisher's website.
